Deposit, Rescheduling, Cancellation, & No Show Policy
By booking an appointment, you agree that you will attend your scheduled appointment and pay for all hair services you receive (for example, a haircut and/or gloss) at the conclusion of your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you agree that you will do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
You agree that if you reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time, your $50 deposit will be transferred to your new, rescheduled appointment time (if the appointment was rescheduled) or refunded (if the appointment was cancelled).
You agree that if you reschedule or cancel an appointment within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time and/or if you fail to attend and pay for your scheduled hair services, you forever forfeit the $50 deposit (it will not be refunded to you) and you may be prohibited from booking future appointments.
